Arrival Time

While we make every effort to arrive at your home on time, please understand that some
circumstances are beyond our control (such as cancellations or prior cleanings running longer than expected) may impact the specific arrival
times. We cannot guarantee an exact time, but we strive to provide a reliable service.

Lockouts

We do charge a full charge lockout fee if we have a confirmed appointment and can’t get in.

• If our team is unable to gain entry to the facility (e.g., due to locked doors, no access code, etc.), we will work with the client to resolve the situation promptly.
• If we’re unable to access the premises and cannot resolve with the client to access the
property a full charge fee will be issued.

Late Cancellation

Clients are encouraged to provide advance notice of cancellations. Our policy is as follows:

48 Hours or More Before THE Scheduled Appointment: No charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. 24 to 48 Hours Before THE Scheduled Appointment: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Appointment: Subject to a full charge.
